Robyn Brody, a shareholder, joined the firm in June of 1997. She received her law degree and a Master of International Management degree from the University of Denver in 1997. Robyn is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Idaho.
She is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is President of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, a past President of the Fifth District Bar Association, and a past President of the Theron W. Ward American Inn of Court. Robyn enjoys a diverse practice, including personal injury, insurance, consumer, ERISA, and commercial litigation. Robyn has four reported opinions: Clear Springs Food, Inc. v. Clear Lakes Trout Co., 40 P.3d 119 (Idaho 2002), In re Wiggins, 273 BR 839 (Bkrtcy D. Idaho 2001), Newcomb v. Standard Ins. Co., 187 F.3d 1004 (9th Cir. 1999); and Cafferty v. State of Idaho, 2007 Opinion No. 88 (May 31, 2007).
