John Hepworth founded the Hepworth, Janis & Brody law firm in 1952. He served in the U.S. Navy and then attended Idaho State University from 1946 to 1948. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho in 1949 and graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 1952.Mr. Hepworth is a member of the Idaho State Bar, American Association for Justice, American Board of Trial Advocates (formerly National Director), American College of Trial Lawyers, and the Inner Circle of Advocates, an invitation-only group whose membership is limited to 100 plaintiff attorneys throughout the United States who have completed at least 50 personal injury jury trials and have received at least one $1 million verdict in a personal injury case.
Mr. Hepworth now spends most of his time mentoring the less experienced lawyers and giving advice as requested. His accomplishments include some of the largest verdicts and settlements ever obtained in Idaho.
